Hi, I'm Lucy, and this is how my MomSIR story began ...

One hectic morning, as I dropped off my son to school and rushed to the office in downtown Los Angeles, it suddenly hit me—the "Struggle Is Real!" I barely had time to say a proper goodbye, let alone feel present. That moment stayed with me. I realized how often the daily grind pulls me away from the very people I work so hard for.

I’m a mom of two energetic boys and a senior executive working in finance private equity. Like so many parents, my husband and I juggle demanding work hours with the desire to raise grounded, curious, and kind-hearted kids. And while we don’t always get the balance right, we believe deeply in the importance of family values—and that some of life’s most meaningful lessons can only be taught at home.

That’s why I created this website. As I navigate these challenges myself, I wanted to build a space where other busy parents could find fun, meaningful, and educational tools to connect with their kids. Many of the resources here are also inspired by my 20+ years in finance, with a focus on math and financial literacy.

My hope is that fellow parents can save time by leveraging the products I’ve already built—because I know how precious and limited our time can be. Whether your child is six or sixteen, I hope you’ll find something here that makes parenting a little easier or a book that brings a smile to your family.
